We provide game server hosting services. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact information and maintain your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Sharing your account credentials is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

• Services are billed monthly in advance.
• All payments are final unless a refund is requested within 48 hours of the original purchase. Refunds requested after 48 hours will not be honored.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and you remain liable for any outstanding fees.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Fail to pay for Services.

Upon termination, data may be deleted. We are not responsible for any lost data.
